Preparation for Video Call Consultation

Valuable time can be lost if you don’t have copies of your medical records at hand.
Therefore; before you apply for a Skype or FaceTime video consultation, please be sure you have obtained the appropriate medical records.

When you make your original enquiry will be sent two PDFs – a consent form and a Skype protocol outlining requirements, including which records to prioritise.

Without these it is not possible to refer you for second opinions or to overseas medical experts.

If you cannot access your medical records, we can organise a short Skype video consultation with our oncologists who will be able to assist you with this matter.

They will be able to access your records and advise accordingly and will support your work with us.
